I called Freedom on a Monday to ask about their services, and to see if I was in their service area. After confirming that I was, we set a time on Wednesday for them to come out and do the inspection. I give them 4 stars for showing up … More when they said they would! The service rep was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote at the end of our visit. The quote was reasonable for the work I needed done. The estimated date for coming back to do the work was supposed to be a few weeks down the road, but they were actually able to come out on Friday and complete the entire job! The new gutters look great, and got tried out during a storm that night, plus it is raining today too! The gutters look great, they worked great, and the other work they did for me -wrapping a patio door that had weather damage- turned out great as well.
