Jason Sweet was very patient with us and he listened to all of our concerns and was very helpful with his suggestions for us to basically change the whole exterior of our home. He was also exemplary in dealing with the insurance company,which is not an easy task. We are very happy that we chose his company, As the finished results turned out very well. All his employees that we met were very good at their tasks, his crews did a very good job. We really feel that his company is a reflection of his own professionalism and extreme attention to detail. be advised from past experience if you get the wrong contractor, you are literally screwed. Even before the job was finished his supervisor, Paul Davis did not like one aspect of the trim above our master bedroom bay window and preemptively had that resolved even before our final walk-through. With the exception of windows that we had replaced 3 1/2 years ago prior to this, the entire exterior of our home has been replaced and it looks amazing. Freedom came in and replaced the roof, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. They were the most expensive contractor we obtained an estimate from but choose them because they are a Platinum dealer and we wanted the lifetime warranty. … More Overall a great transaction. Had a little problem with water coming over the gutter in the valleys after the gutter guards were installed. Their tech manufactured some diverters for us which solved the problem perfectly. The only reason I took off a star is because we were limited in our selection for the gutters and downspouts because they said they were not available without special order . The ones we wanted would have been a much better match for our facia and soffit and we could have obtained them from another contractor no problem. Other than that we were very happy with the install and the roof. It looks very nice and the install crew were polite and friendly and left our yard cleaner than when they arrived and they didn't try to charge us for any extras etc.. He, of course, wants to sell his companies product (isn't that his job?) but he was never ever pushy.Then Anthony and Tim came for the install. These two and the rest of the team got right to work. They were here exactly when they said they would be. They worked from 7am to 5pm and it took less than 2 1/2 days to complete the whole house! They were very knowledgeable and had great work ethic.Paul told my husband and I to make a list of any issues that we noticed when they were done. He gave us more than a day to look everything over- we had time to actually check things. A lot of the time I feel like companies rush you so they can get out of there and to the next job. We found a couple minor things- a bead of caulk missing in one spot and a light that they installed for us was a tad crooked. They came back out and fixed it.Also, a big thing for me is the clean up after. Many times I have had to pick up trash- food wrappers, cigarette butts, nails, etc.They walked around at the end of the job and then again when they came back on the day we found those two issues. I know that’s how it should be BUT most of the time it’s not!I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Before Anthony and Tim left today I already had contacted Freedom about getting new front porch columns. An amazing company!

The estimated date for coming back to do the work was supposed to be a few weeks down the road, but they were actually able to come out on Friday and complete the entire job!
